Are you feeling confused, lost, depressed, anxious, lacking meaning in your everyday life? Are you struggling with grief, relationship issues, feeling overwhelmed, or stressed?
Counselling can help.
Our individual therapy sessions are aimed reducing these symptoms while helping you achieve a more meaningful life and finding your purpose. Within Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), our goal is psychological flexibility.
Growth and change are a constant, but change rarely happens smoothly; there tend to be periods of struggle, then periods of ease. Do not trap yourself in a certain mindset, instead, adapt.
We offer therapy sessions in-person at our Burlington and St. Catharines, Ontario offices and via telephone or video for distance sessions.

In every therapy, awareness is the key concept; to turn off your auto-pilot and be in control of your behaviour and the direction your life. To live and attain your own values. Couples and Marriage Counselling is no different. We drift away from each other for a number of reasons.
Couples counselling is for those wanting to enhance their understanding and awareness of their relationship both within themselves and with their partners. We also offer counselling to those seeking skills to help them connect with others in deeper, more satisfying ways.
